Spirulina is full of Proteins and other healthy ingredients. It is Contain 60% protein and vitamin B 12 is in there. Gama lenolanic acid is full in spirulia it enhance the power of hormones in human body. 
Spirulina is full of natural anti oxides like Betakrotin, Vitamin E, B1, B5, and B6. World Food Conference 1947 the Scientist said that spirulina contain every important vitamin which you are taking from other foods.
